Excellent. I suggest the next one be do in the evening (not too dark because of the camera) but after lab lights are on and have "Jason" walk around the building looking in the windows.
Also worth considering distribution method.... are you going to try to upload it to YouTube? I haven't explored that before, don't know how easy it will be.
