That was her first hunt.
I'm not sure about how long the birds were hung. The owner of the property has a large walk-in fridge - I haven't seen anything like it since I was working as a butcher.
After we dressed the birds he stored them there a couple days. The hunt was Friday afternoon and dinner was Sunday night.
