Jim's desire for Biden in August: "I would like to see Biden, because he is most likely to provide the best quips and gaffes. The man is a walking mouth w/o ears -- that would be awesome."
Joe Biden, this past week: "If we do everything right, if we do it with absolute certainty, there’s still a 30 percent chance we’ll get it wrong."
Good God! Biden's mouth will walk him outside of the inner circle, I'll bet.

I found it amusing how Obama skirted past Biden's comment when asked about it last night. Other than that, I thought he handled himself fairly well, though thanks to the "crisis" the range of questions was somewhat limited. As for Biden's 30% comment, I put the number above 50%. Success will be a relative term. European growth of 1-2% will never cut-it if we intend to pay-off all of these bailouts plus fund medicare, social security, etc.
You can use statistics to prove anything. 60% of people know that.
Prediction: Tim Geithner will not last out the year. I'd be happy to be wrong.
@ Dave,
Did you see Obama's "shut the frak up" face when Bidne made that joke about Justice Roberts?
Vince, I haven't seen what you are referring to, but I'm curious to see what happens when the aura around Obama wears off. Will Biden overshadow him much like Cheney did to Bush from time to time?
